Shared Hire
Flamingo Soft Play & Café does not close the venue or exclude other customers during standard opening hours, including for birthday parties or individual bookings. During regular sessions, other children and families will be present as part of the normal operation of the venue. Where availability allows, we may recommend quieter times to visit, however exclusive use of the space cannot be guaranteed during standard opening hours.
Exclusive Hire
Exclusive use of the venue is available only as part of a separate exclusive hire package, outside of standard opening hours and in accordance with our current pricing. Exclusive hire is an optional additional service and is not a requirement under accessibility legislation.
