Terms & Conditions – Flamingoo Community Club

1. Eligibility Flamingoo Community Club sessions are provided free of charge to families who meet the programme’s eligibility criteria. These sessions are funded through the National Lottery Community Fund.

2. Booking All Community Club sessions must be booked online in advance. A separate booking is required for each child attending.

3. Accuracy of information Parents/guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking. Bookings made using false or misleading information may be cancelled.

4. Parent/Guardian responsibility A parent or legal guardian must remain responsible for their child during the session unless otherwise agreed in writing with Flamingoo Softplay.

5. Consent form A Parent/Guardian Consent Form must be completed for each child attending the programme. This includes information regarding allergies, medical conditions, emergency contacts and other relevant safety information.

6. Food Eligible children may receive food as part of the Community Club programme. Parents/guardians must provide accurate information regarding allergies and dietary requirements. Flamingoo Softplay cannot guarantee an environment free from allergens.

7. Photos and videos Photography and video consent is optional. Refusing photo/video consent will not affect a child’s eligibility to attend the programme.

8. Cancellations If you are unable to attend a booked session, please cancel your booking as soon as possible so that the place can be offered to another eligible family.

9. Non-attendance Repeated failure to attend booked sessions without cancellation may affect future access to the programme, as places are limited.

10. Limited places Places are limited and are intended to support eligible families.

11. Behaviour and safety All visitors must follow Flamingoo Softplay’s safety rules and staff instructions. Flamingoo Softplay reserves the right to ask a family to leave the premises if behaviour creates a risk to staff, children or other visitors.

12. Programme period Community Club sessions are available during the advertised programme period and subject to availability.

13. Data protection Information collected through the Community Club programme will be used to administer the sessions, ensure children’s safety and meet programme/funding requirements. Information will be handled securely and only shared where necessary and appropriate.
