Our soft play operates in timed sessions to maintain a safe maximum number of children inside at any one time. To guarantee entry for your preferred time, we recommend booking your session in advance online.
Accessibility and booking
Flamingoo Soft Play is located on the first floor. At present, there is no lift, however a stair platform lift for guests with disabilities will be installed by the end of this year. For parents and carers with prams, there is a small secure space at the bottom of the stairs where buggies can be left. If you need assistance with carrying items upstairs, our team will be happy to help—just ask a member of staff on arrival
